David Neiser Esq

david-neiser

David brings more than twenty-five years of experience as a Trial Lawyer to Dolman Law Group.  As a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, David is recognized by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the area of Civil Trial law.  Civil trial cases include personal injury and insurance claims.  Board certification is the Florida Bar’s “Legal Expert” status, and is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar concerning the competency and learning of attorneys in the areas for which certification is granted by the Florida Supreme Court.  He is licensed to practice in the courts in the State of Florida, and before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.  In addition to being a board certified civil trial attorney, David has earned the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating for legal ability (A) and the highest rating for professional ethics (V).

Relying on years of litigation and trial experience, David works to develop a case strategy that moves each case forward and justifies the verdict or settlement sought.  The case strategy is supported by facts obtained through directed discovery and pretrial preparation.  David works to determine the facts that really matter, and to present them to the factfinder in a simple and understandable way.  While most cases settle before trial, he believes this approach provides significant benefits to each client, whether the case ultimately resolves by settlement or verdict.

David is a native of St. Petersburg, and currently resides in Palm Harbor, Florida. He graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and Stetson University College of Law.  While at Stetson, David was a member of Stetson’s Law Review.

He remains a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and currently co-chairs the St. Pete Bar Trial Practice section.  He is also a member of The Barney Masterson American Inn of Court, and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem.
